STANDARD DESCRIPTION: General admission ticket for one day.

GREAT DESCRIPTION: One general admission ticket to any day of the 2025 XYZ event where you’ll experience the thrills of live music, giant delicious corn dogs, the world toughest bull riders, and make sweet summer memories you and your family will talk about every thanksgiving!

The great description sounds more fun, gives the customer more insight into what the ticket gets them, and ultimately will lead to more ticket sales!

Video is the best way to capture the feel of any event.

For someone who’s never been to your event, what better way than to show them what your event is all about through video?

Promo videos are an upfront expense, but can be used for years to come!

If someone doesn’t know what your event is about in one sentence, it’s too confusing for them.

For example: “2025 Colorado Beer Festival” or “The premier beer festival in Colorado that you can’t miss showcasing over 100 of Colorado’s finest brews!”

People want to know the outcome, before they commit to something.

Telling them exactly what your event is, quickly, gives them a clear picture of what to expect.

The best way to grow revenue is from your existing customers.

They already know, like, and trust you!

Here’s a few ideas:

• Create a special access ticket for them to buy early and save.
• Provide them with a buy one get one free offer!
• Choose 10 lucky winners and give them a free merch item.
